Back in the 90s when you came across the atlantic from the UK, it was kinda cool to see the huge billboard with Clinton on it as you went thru immigration at JFK, 'welcome to America - you can get away with almost anything if you have the money', his wry smile seemed to say. At least knowing that the dollar was the bottom line from the top-down was kinda reassuring, even if you did have a problem with the Lewinsky thing.
Now when you see Georgie smirking at you, it just sends shivers down your spine..
