JazX and kripes - probably not. I was trying to illustrate Canada's values of protecting the environemnt, healthcare for everyone, and tolerance. Which stand in stark contrast to American values right now under the GOP reign, of corporate profits, pollution, war, intolerance, and general assholery to the rest of the world. I dont blame some people for hating us - I would too if I were in their position. Bullying does not work, just like torture doesnt work in interrogation.
The fact that about half our country is stupid enough to believe the load of crap the NeoCons and the Project for a New American century serves us stuns me. They want soundbites, not and kind of criitical thought or argument. In fact, I doubt JazX or kripes can successfully spell 'Dangerous Rhetoric', so I did it for you.
America is decidedly less safe now than it was before we got into this unjustified war - most Americans now believe that, and its astonishing that people continue to supress their own thoughts for right-wing talking points. See-> "up or down vote".
