  i think the farmers' subsidies is a bit of a smokescreen for other things the Uk aren't happy with. But the farms' subs are the most 'image' friendly for blair to attack. You should be looking into other disadvantages for uk to completely join the eu, like aviation pollution limits(uk is currently producing 20 times more avaiation pollution than the eu allows-but can't do anything about it!)
