I am kind of in the same spot (except about the coworker part.)
I'm in the early stages of our firm's website redesign, it's just me doing it. I have to create a timeline/project plan soon, but it's tough. It's tough to just say "trust me."
And it's kind of hard to just get all the vision you have for it in your head down onto paper for planning purposes.
