Build personal roller-coaster outside window.
Hire Fabio.
Get Fabio on roller-coaster.
Activate roller-coaster.
Keep roller-coaster running until birds smash into Fabio's face thus killing the birds andf the noise.
**Keep in mind the odds are small that a bird will hit someone riding a roller-coaster so he may have to ride for a while for this to happen.
