didn't realize so many threads were on Portland.
places to live: how much money do you want to spend on rent a month? do you want to live near downtown?
SE is where the young crowd is, but also a lot of hipsters as well. North Portland is becoming really popular, cheaper rent can also be found here but is arguably more dodgy.
