today I lost a barely used, mint condition one of these on ebay in the last few seconds. It went for $610. I'm wondering if I should can all the bullshit and put a 70-200mm f/2.8G AF-S VR on my charge card, even though it costs way more than I can afford. In the long run I might be glad.
