It sometimes happens that someone decides he has waited long enough and just leaves before the 2 minute timeout was reached. If someone doesn't shoot within 30 secs, I suggest you simply reload and start over. I've just played 4 games at the same time (opened 4 windows), and it worked fine. :-D
