i spent last night in a rehab/nursing facility with my stepfather (aka: my "other" father). 8 hours round trip from asheville. He just recently went through knee replacement surgery. i'm so proud of him for doing so. It was a very humbling experience.
my sweet wife is out with a group of girls for a wedding shower. they just called me asking me to come out and meet them. none of the other guys have been invited. i was told that if "anyone can hang with the ladies, it's you (me)"... i take that as a huge compliment. I graciously declined.
