as you go up the food chain, you do less and less design and more and more writing and talking.
alot of CDs havent practiced design for a long long time.
i know alot of old time print designers who dont know how to use a computer.
example, Paula Scher from Pentagram has stated in the hillman curtis / adobe internew that she doesnt know how to use computer that well and all she does is send her sketch to lower level ppl. (i think)
