Create every document i need, and after a day, a week or a month, when is all messed up, i clean my desk.
And, constantly look at mail/feeds.
Often i had to switch resoultion and when you came back icons of Disks and folders are no more in the same place where i left and get confused, so less things i have on desktop faster i am.
