concerning your original question on creatibity...

Recent studies aimed at pinpointing the source of inspiration and invention for true creatives have come up with three different subsets:

The first subset contains you average, everyday person, firmly grounded in popular reality or a mainstream culture. These people tend to be more logical and reasonable than creative.

The second subset is a tricky one. This newley discovered type are people whom are really type one, but for one reason or another try to be a type two. While success may come in spots, as this type matures, the illusion that they were a creative slowly fades. These people usually return to type one, and hold public service or teaching jobs.

Finally, type three is the true creative. This type does not undergo things such as "writers or creative blocks". It has been found in tests that the energy these types possess is boundless and limitless, feeding them relentlessly until death. Though truly rare, these are visionaries such as DaVinchis, Picasso's, Bach, Giger, etc.

Now, it has come to my conclusion that most of the people in here are type 2 (including yourself), while I have seen perhaps one or two type 3 creatives here.

Having said that, and establishing that you are in fact a type 2, I would give you the following advice.

If your having these "creative blocks" often, begin to submit resumes or apply for a Postal worker (great benifits / tax breaks) or teaching position at your local highschool or junior colledge.

    hope this helps.
