Here is a trick I used when I was a rooptop patio drink hoor.
Take a cloth, stick 3 ice cubes in it, wrap it around your neck, (placing ice cube-y area on the back of your neck) attach/slip ends through something (twist tie, metal binder ring, left-over licorice).
Good for keeping that jugular cold.
It works!
