One time, when cleaning the bogs in the Halifax Building Society headquarters, I had to remove a used condom from the urinals.
When I worked as a care assistant, I was looking after a man who was ridden with, what started as bowel cancer. I had to clean his sheets ever hour because he used to leak this tar like smelly gue from his bottom. Bless his soul.
