did you quote on the project or hourly?
if you quoted on the project and it took longer than expected you should prolly bite it, but if quoted hourly and due to screw ups by them, late delivery time of assets you should bill them.
i always put this line in to cover my ass:
"Changes made to the project specification after an approval has been made shall
incur additional costs to the Client and in most cases will require a time extension
for project delivery."
