  Ehhhh... design scene? what type dude, it ain't that type of place man in comparison.

  Although, it has been getting a lot of press as it stepped up it's technology initiatives. But I have a feeling that's for more back-end/server admin style work. I do remember students from mainland Africa going there to study and such on what they call bursaries (scholarships).
