nice 5th grade prank.
i would have asked the guy to come closer and say sorry.
then reached out and grabbed him for a supreme nugey. then as he's bent over jank his underwear up over his head for an undie grundy. as he's keeling over in pain i would have administered a wet willy followed up by a snake bite pink belly combo and would have asked him how funny it is now?!?
