Squirting someone in the face with water is considered assault? That's fuckin weak. I could see if you blast someone with a fire hose or extinguisher, or even pelt them somewhat relentlessly with water ballons. That's just plain ridiculous. all of it. Tom Cruise has always been ridiculous before any of this crap, that guy squirting him is ridiculous, and that assault charge is ridiculous...
