yeah, spose i was a bit vague there!
the product is intended to be used by just about anyone, even a receptionist. its a step-by-step testing procedure type o'thing, and a refinement of an existing + very ugly/technical version.
i'm a little puzzled by the xp guidelines - it seems to imply that for best results i should design my interface to resemble standard XP as much as poss. but is this just Bill wanting to spread the XP brand all over..?
