The French people should be revolting and start some kind of civil war and get rid of the arrogant self proclaimed stereotype they embody in order for people to take them seriously.

The french people did one of the most important revolutions history (it was called the french revoltution...). Chirac performs an attempt for the control of Europe, just like Tony Bl-air... So it's somehow fair...
