JazX, last weekend.
24 Bratwurst in a huge pot with a twelve pack of beer in it. 3 red onions and 6 cloves of garlic. Boiled them for like 40 minutes. Pulled them off and grilled them enough to get grill marks on them. Dumped off most of the beer out of the pot, added a stick of butter and reduced it down to a real gooey onion and garlic sauce to put over the top of the grilled brats. they turned out incredible.
