People who have never had 'old' money (and therefore have 'new' money) tend to do that stuff, and it's especially prevalent in Rap and some Hip-hop. It bugs the hell out of me, because there is nothing new anymore. That's why I prefer artists like K-Os, who is unique and doesn't use the same old stuff (ie. objectifying women, money, cars, drugs, violence).
