And yeah, Kings of Leon are pretty damn weak...
Funny Warrant story. Back in October of '94 I was working in the music industry and went to a industry trade show somewhere in the Catskills. They always had acts perform and stuff - but usually second teir ones - Got to see Spearhead, Echobelly, Dee Snider of Twisted Sister was walking around..that sorta thing..but the 2nd night Warrant was doing a performance - and mind you grunge had hit and Warrant were sliding fast into obscurity...so there was some dude standing stange center who just kept giving the band the finger yelling "Slayer!!!" & "You Suck!!!"...eventually Warrant's singer is so frustrated he dives head first off this tiny little Catskill ballroom stage and starts pounding on the guys face.
Classic. Still not a big fan of Warrant, but any band who has a singer that will jump off the stage and pound a heckler - well, that says Rock and roll to me...
