honest is right, sadly that's pretty accurate, the mass creative industry is pure slavery that only mad hardcore people get into
But since you aren't paid that much you wouldn't be able to spend that money on life anyway (haha that's evil right)
i've done a couple jobs for a japanese studio but all my communication went thru an american animator that worked over there because the Japanese Directors had maybe an english vocabulary of max 50 words, not kidding
So i would just learn the language if you really want to work there. Oh yeh, they aren't too hot on foreginers either so you can't be just average in what you do.
