I'm quite scared of that little coctail umbrella thing that I have heard they stick down your peehole when you get a dose.

I got a full MOT one time...
it's not a cocktail stick... it's a big fuck off bit of plastic with a square cross section and sharp corners... not only do they push it further up the old boy than you'd imagine possible but then they wiggle the fucker about just to make sure it hurts like a hooooor.
johndoms are the way forward for sure.
