Most of us can only make any sort of difference in our immediate surroundings.
The majority of us don't.
Anyone who does deserves support and encouragement.
Anyone who is in a position to make a bigger noise and does so also deserves support and encouragement.
If you disagree so be it, but to attack such an effort is as low as it gets.
