aye - without blowing my own trumpet the talent things not the issue here.
its the low rate i started at - the only rate i was offered for a long long time!
now if i fit the average rate id need to ask for a huge increase!!
hmmmm!but as long as im safe aiming into the 150-200 pit.
i just want em to see that its not a lot in comparison!
