It's a tricky one that.
Always difficult to ask for a rise.
But it sounds like you've got a good case, extra responsibility, commitment etc. It's points like these you need to get across. Sorry I can't really help with a definite figure. I guess you are going to have to sit around 'the bosses' table with calculators at the ready!
