i have a '96 vw passat that runs on regular diesel.
it's good on mileage, i get about 45 to 46.
it's just a bit difficult to find stations that sell diesel, but there are a few near my house. it is about the same as high-octane gasoline but it is much better fuel economy.
also, diesel fuel is stinky and louder, but it is also better for the environment than gasoline, from what i understand.
someone sum up what biodiesel is and can i make my regular diesel car run on it? where do i buy it?
