I will simply say that Carbon dating is very inconsistant and there IS scientific evidence that would suggest the earth is considerably younger than the mainstream scientific community has believed.

(Jun 13 05, 06:34)Carbon-14 dating can only be used to date back so far. It's limited in it's usage and unreliable to date ancient rock formations. Potassium-Argon dating is used for the very old stuff. (K-Ar)
