I asked this question here at least twice, to no response.
Probably custom work.
The closest match I found was FFF Raxel, but it's different.
I thought I saw Kroeger's "Copy" or "Standard" on http://www.c72.nl/ but either I'm seeing things because of sleep deprivation or they changed it to 'their' font recently.They use Meta extensively for headers and logos. Beautiful font by Erik Spiekermann afair.
