    J*sus rockin' the boat a little. I like that. Not sure what other people have said, but moving to NYC whether you are in the City (Mahattan) or not is a major pain in the *ss. Unless you know someone that can hook you up you are in for a lot of pitfalls. Watch out for BROKERS! They suck, they are everywhere. They will charge you a ton. Where are you moving from might I ask?
