Depends on what you see as progress in terms of the law. The Fed ruling trumps the state law obviously.

(Jun 6 05, 08:54)You're right. I think it’s a pretty unprogressive ruling and can be used in other cases to trump state laws. As usual the media is doing a great job of making it seem that they said no to Medical Marijuana when what they really said is Fed Law supersedes State Law...
