Funny you should ask, I'm actually in the process of totally revamping my resume, portfolio, etc.
I think it's not about the resume as much as the work.
You want a presentation in mind that shows your work best- whether a website or pdf, and a face-to-face presentation as well. Your resume will just further detail (cite the company, year, involvement, etc.) what they saw in the presentation.
