Be on the look out for a blue phone booth in lower Manhattan. Looks can be deceiving, this blue London phone booth was designed to blend in with common scenery however we time lords know it as a Tardis.
A man by the name of Andrew Carlssin may have been seen leaving it. Also by no means allow this man access to a device that he will refer to as a sonic screwdriver. It is imperative that he does not gain access to this device.
***Footnote if you see a dog running around that looks like it is made out of galvanized steel and cant climb stairs, Contact your area department of Homeland Defence. What he lacks in mobility he certainly makes up for in intelligence and cunning.
