    some advice:
    1. Include the company name. There's really no excuse not to. This is something you simply HAVE to do.
    2. Give some indication of the personality/identity/purpose of the company. From the logo alone, I might think this is a DIY helpline for kids or something.
    3. Honor. Just because these are disabled people does not mean they are simply or helpless. Your logo implies both. The childlike typography, I would find insulting if I were disabled.
    4. Research. You need to full understand what the company is about, what other companies are out there, what the goal of this company is, what kind of logos have been already created for similar companies, etc. I would say research is like at least 50% of any designers job.
