looks a peach of a place.
obviously most estate agent pics aren't as lovingly comprehensive as yours.some of the more remote kiwi folk are obviouly not familiar with the housing market though.
I was looking at houses online last week and there's photos of the lounge/liviing area of this house,
and this guy is still there, sat in his chair,
playing his playstation!!!!
(from what I could see it was WWF)wtf!
get up and leave the room for ten seconds for christs sake!!unless he came with the house.
