I had the same problem. Was trying to send a background for my screen but could NEVER get it to work.
Here's a tip: No one at Cingular is going to know, because they don't deal with the phone so much. That's more the manufacturers area.All I know is, you need to send the pic as an attachment as an email. There's a specific email address for your phone that Cingular should at least be able to give you. You can't reply to an email sent from your phone because that address is the same for everyone pretty much.
