Based on Set's main ingredient Habanero's which originate from the Amazon, and I guess the sauce has bite, I'd chime in with something along the lines of "Piranha".

didn't a QBNer produce their own range a little while back? Sure there's at least one hot sauce naming thread that might be useful

Set, without giving away your whatever special magic you put into your sauces (you know you do) can you roughly outline your process — or link to a recipe that approximately mirrors what you do?
I'm a big fan of chili sauces, but I don't like them too vinegary nor too hot — it sounds like your direction's the sort of thing I like (actual depth of taste, etc).
Or not, you cunt.
- You can just google habanero sauce recipe to get a basic understanding of how to do it. Maybe weaker chillies, tone it down with some tomato, carrot, fruit etcset
- Mix some new flavours in there, experiment. It's fun!set
- I make a fucking mean one caramelising the onions first in butter, but that won't last long in the fridge. Worth it though!set
- Was that unsatisfactory? :)set

I feel like there is hot sauce, just hot because it burns your mouth, but then there is the less exploited hot sauce that tastes good.
I grew up in a place were hot sauce culture is non-existent, but when I moved to California I learn to like it a lot. I'm no expert by any means and if sauces are way too hot I feel like it ruins the plate.
There are "tasty" hot sauces that just give a bit of spike but most important, enhance the flavor.
If I see a bottle like this:
I would laugh at the bottle, take a photo or whatever but will never even consider trying it.
How about focusing on flavor instead of heat level? is that consider lame? Just wondering..
