For the perfectionist, I found a difference in the flower also oven types...make a difference.

sprinkling cornmeal underneath the crust between the stone helps a lot.
Haven't made pizza in a while, you just inspired me to!

Ladies?
I put my stretched dough directly on the preheated stone and top it quickly. Perfect every time.

Also, unless your oven gets to 700-800 degrees (F), you're pizzas will always be kinda ok, but not really very good. The high heat is the key to cooking a good pizza.

- How on Earth did you manage to keep the dough completely uncooked?detritus
- Its cooked. The lighting is off.ETM
- What you put on dough?CALLES
- Oregano, basil, chilli flakes, a little garlic and onion powder.ETM
- In the dough, that is. If you meant toppings, mozzerella and parasean, double-smoked mini pepperoni, spinach, red bell peppers, and grape tomatoes.ETM
- lol... not the prettiest pie... but I do find myself hungry :)PonyBoy
- It's rustic... ;) Also if you never have, try it on your outdoor grill. It's won't be pretty but tastes great and you can get the heat you need.ETM
- Oh... I like that grill ideaPonyBoy
- it looks lovely - i'd be damn proud if i made that. i'm just a bit freaked out about the dough. looks completely ucooked, still!detritus

@Calles: more/lots of oil (olive) and a littlle more fluor if you bake in a stone oven. No foil, direct transfer.

- max temp on this?dorf
- No temp markers on the unit, unfortunately, but it has a stone plate and gets insanely hot. Good little machine.BuddhaHat
- How long does it take on that?ETM
- show results plsbklyndroobeki
