Duration:
- Minimum stay of X months with max of X months, or open ended with renegotiation at max month.Requirements:
- Lodging cost: min stay with extension to max (corp housing allowance either at choosing or accommodated)
- Flight cost: in-bound and out-bound at max month.Optional (usually for job pertaining to a day to few weeks):
- Transportation: daily allowance or ride provided.
- Food: daily allowance or food provided (2 meals per day).Fee:
- Rate card: daily, weekly or monthly.
(There are no special extra rate for someone out of town. If you want higher pay, just ask for it. They are paying premium by paying for your lodging. If lodging or flight is not included, you include that cost into your rate.)

Some thoughts on this situation,
A company in San fran wants you to come and work on a project for 2 to 6 months and you live somewhere else and need fly to in.
I'm assuming the pay rate is higher?
What is the customary negotiation when asked or if you except. Anyone with a similar experience? please share.
