As a rule you should comply with security guards requests.
Get out > No > Ouch
Is how it goes down 100% of the time.

when reporting to the police / doctor / judge add how you have reoccurring nightmares about the situation, that you cannot recognize your hand as a part of your body anymore, that you get panic attacks everytime you see a casino or even money – short: that you are traumatized for life and a total psychic wreck ($$$$$$$$)

"Treatment of hand & nerve damage
In the majority of nerve damage cases, the problem cannot be fixed but a variety of treatments and medications can help alleviate symptoms. Be sure to talk to your pharmacist before purchasing anti-inflammatories as these medications may be contraindicated as they may interact with other medications and medical conditions.Resting, immobilizing or exercising the hand and wrist can help relieve pain.
If the nerve is pinched or compressed, surgery may be able to release the nerve and restore functionality, depending on the severity of damage and how long the nerve was compressed."

Did you get a sonogram long with the X-ray? Xray will only show bone damage. Sonogram will show flesh/nerve damage, which id wager is your issue.

Go straight to the doctor. Go see a hand guy. No joke.
I severed a nerve in my thumb, permanent damage. I also damaged my elbow nerve once (funny bone nerve) and had to immobilize for months so as to avoid permanent damage the threat of atrophy.
If you fuck around and ignore this anymore, you could actually lose use of your hand. Just go see someone, stop posting here.
