i want to make part of a building green to make a hidden storefront stand out, but it has to be temporary and not destroy anything
i was looking at the Reichstag too, i just don't know if i could put a structure in front of the building or attach a frame to the facade to hold the wrapping

I think he's talking about "wrapping" a building like people to do tour buses / trucks / etc...?

maybe this will help http://www.greenstreetmedia.eu/t…
not sure how long it will last. aside from sticking something on or building a structure around the building. prob search for products like it if it fits.

the vinyl "record" comments are funny. because you are keeping a "record" of a historic building. get it? get it!
i would think that it would need to be some heat-activated vinyl cover placed on the facade of the building. plenty of material out there to achieve this, but i can't imagine that it would be under tens of thousands of dollars on the low end. depends on the size of the building though, i guess.
