You better start planning on maikng the best of a life with a crudely fashioned vagina... friend of mine slept around, caught that same disease... its sexually transmitted but actually bacterial. Its one of those flesh eating fuckers. At that point there where you photographed it its in seeding/gestation mode. Once it breaks out though... oh fuck, you won't believe how fast that stuff grows and eats your dick and balls. Its horrendous.
My friend was in the army. Had to leave. He had the choice of either living life with a ragged scar down there or having it folded into a muff. He decided to have it folded into a muff. They couldn't do rynoplasty because he'd had to be pumped full of so many anti-bodies to repel the marauding flesh eaters that his body would never have accepted a graft.
He now has a muff. He's a changed man, but like he always says... you have to make the most of what life puts your way.
Can't remember the name of it. I'll text my buddy and ask him to remind me. Its alarmingly common and on the increase. It just hasn't gained newsroom traction yet.
