i'd buy a historical building nearby and have an architect design this for me
roof = infinity pool, bar, fire pit
top floor = loft/living quarters for myself
first floor = art gallery i'd run
underground = club/music venue- Nicesublocked

Buy real estate in NYC (Manhattan) and somewhere where there are woods so I could also have a log cabin with floor to ceiling windows like I always see in the architecture blogs. Sometimes, I think I'd like to live in Miami part of the year for the weather and women but I'm not with that face eating shit.
I'd also buy a boat/small yacht and boat shoes and a captains hat.

Worry about the money, make some bad investments, be generous with my friends until they took me for granted and then be a cheap asshole because I was ashamed of how I spent my money.

save 80% of it in a blind trust so I'm not tempted to do weird stupid shit, then live like a normal person, but simply able to pick clients rather than have to take anyone....

Establish ethical/artistic entrepreneurial funding organisation to help foster business, artistic and musical talent in under-privileged kids, with a view to training them to manage themselves, artists AND the corporation, with the ethos being find ways to increase the opportunities and living standards of whatever groups of people the employs chose, using arts and music as the revenue sources. Like a self-perpetuating charity/self-help corporation.
For self: apartments in New York, London, Berlin, Portland. Houses/estates in UK, eastern Europe, central US, West Coast US. Round-the-world motor yachts with full staff and comms. Sonically treated performance spaces with full Live sound rig and 100k of amps, computer music software, light shows, etc to develop immersive 3d hi-fidelity aural club experiences to tour with.
Allow cool techno kids to bring laptops of own stuff and play it out over $500k Funktion One, Altec etc.
Private collection of vintage analog hifi gear.

An orphanage with excellent education facilities and dorms. Really professional and merciful caretakers.

Wife and I have big dreams to open a really cool bed and breakfast / Boutique inn somewhere in a forest near mountains, a river, fun outdoor stuff. It would have some rooms in a building, but also some little pod rooms scattered around the woods for people to have more privacy, like little cabins. Roof that could open to the stars and trees.
There'd be a nice communal fire put outside for people to hang out by as well as a big outdoor grill and cooking area. Kind of more of a bed and dinner, I'd like to have a guest chef once every few month that guests could learn from and eat with. I'd pretty much want the place to be sort of an upscale but in-nature type of retreat for people who don't camp much but love being outdoors. Have some walking trails, fishing equipment, bikes, Polaroid cameras to rent, canoes, just fun stuff to do away from normal hotels and big cities. Maybe have cross country skis and snow shows for winter months.
