  My grandma holds entire conversations with relatives, friends, family in her sleep. When I lived with her she would nap on the couch and sometimes as I would walk by she would often call out and ask me to do some menial house chore or task...

  Really quite weird to be honest but from what i've observed it has always been harmless.
