@mokeyshine That's a good lease. Hope they gave you a decent amount for your Audi!
- Thanks. Haggled like hell but got a pretty good deal. Congrats on your Acura.monkeyshine

leasing seems like a bad idea unless you're diligent. the whole miles thing seems like bullshit.
- For once I agree with LloydKnuckleberry
- You can usually get a better mileage plan at signing for almost nothing more, vs paying at the end.ETM

Nah, leasing is pretty easy if you don't put a ton of miles on your car per year. If I had a huge commute, I'd definitely buy a car or at least lease a hybrid, but my commute is easy and local, no freeways or anything, so low-milage leasing works for me. It's pretty worry-free and I get a new car every 3 years. Can't complain.

Oh, and although the thought of driving either of these car brands scares me, both are getting pretty great reviews. Anyone been in/driven either of these?

The thing to understand nowadays is that the era of major car manufacturers producing full fleets of shitboxes is over.

- how are you stealing an image if you make it available online? goal, have others see it. people do. case closed.omg
- owner blocks it. how retarded is that?! allpar.com loses credibility here and shows world how stingy they areomg
- they want to control what people say and discuss. this is how people communicateomg

After a weekend of test driving, the winner is the 2012 Acura TSX. Little down and a shocking great monthly. Base model comes with a TON of features that are usually add-ons and upcharges on any other car.

This is the first time I've leased...always bought cars a couple years old but I get bored after a couple of years so thought I'd try leasing. I don't drive that many miles and I've been told that VW gives you an opportunity to change your mileage 1/2 way through. Worse case scenario is I go over and buy the car out at the end of the lease.
