how do you even get to challenges on the new site?
- mattiaBK0
You don't!! The challenges will be back in the Fall. Half ass job done by Nike!
The site does look amazing, but I'm very disappointed that they didn't move everything over from launch day!

Hey, what do you all do to help relieve knee pain after a long stint of running? Ice? Any other remedies to get you back out there?
- lvl_130
i usually go with ibuprofen and some no-run time. your body will let you know when it feels like running again :)
after a challenge i usually just switch up my workout to some indoor gym stuff. eliptical or some other cardio machine...or just taking a walk.

Someone at work had one, they look amazing. And the UI on both the iphone and the desktop look amazing (as usual w Nike).
I want one, and I think its $150 (I thought it was going to be $300)
But...
is it worth it? I don't know.
If you have an ipod/ iphone you are probably used to run w music and you are going to carry it with you anyways...
I'm running w my iphone now because the GPS app gives you way more stats than my ipod. but I hate running w my iphone because its so big and expensive. If someone were to give this to me as a present, I would totally use it and go back to my ipod mini...But I doubt I'm going to pay for it, I rather spend the money on new running shoes...
