Why can't R/GA do a seamless integration?
THE NEXT LEVEL OF
CHALLENGES.
Challenges are being revamped and will be back this Fall. Existing challenges are not being rolled over, so finish them up by the end of May.

I logged 15k on friday, my longest distance ever

wait..
who's the one that has japanese characters and had over 500miles?
it took me nearly a year to run that much and this person is doing it in a few wekks?
- evil10
We def need to boot squiggly 2.0.
- pango0
Just want to confirm no body knows that japanese name dude right?
i'ma delete him if everyone agrees.
- evil10
Nobody knows him and if you change the challenge to private we won't get any more robots sneaking in.

Ya'll getting the pop-up overlay when you login to Nike+ that says All Challenges that are set to last beyond June 1 will not roll over to the new site? Ours ends on June 07. Can it be reset to end before June 01?
- Miguex0
logged 11k last night
- evil10
The new site is up and it's pretty amaze balls.
- lvl_130
how do you even get to challenges on the new site?
- mattiaBK0
You don't!! The challenges will be back in the Fall. Half ass job done by Nike!
The site does look amazing, but I'm very disappointed that they didn't move everything over from launch day!

So that challenge was fun while it lasted ;)

Hey, what do you all do to help relieve knee pain after a long stint of running? Ice? Any other remedies to get you back out there?
- lvl_130
i usually go with ibuprofen and some no-run time. your body will let you know when it feels like running again :)
after a challenge i usually just switch up my workout to some indoor gym stuff. eliptical or some other cardio machine...or just taking a walk.
- evil10
I've used this after an injury and it really helped.
- nthkl0
Thanks lvl. That's some great advice actually. Hard to take a day off sometimes ;) Evil, I actually have one of those. Didn't think to use it for the type of pain i'm getting now. Sort of like a ligament stress below the right knee. I'll have to give it a go tomorrow and see if it helps. Thanks for the advice!

Noticed today that level flat street running doesn't really bother my knees as much as mountain running does. Inclines/Declines are painful after a few hours. Hm. Just gotta mix it up I guess.

running in the grass seams better for the knees. (compare to the street).
