KNORK Eco
Plant-Based bamboo utensils that are dishwasher safe, compost in 2 years, & sustainably made.- they already invented this on clone high back in like 2002sarahfailin
- cool story, bro.imbecile
- This is not new at all. Pretty sure every major supermarket sells some form of this already.Mattjanz3n
- i don't suppose it is new, but it is eco friendly and succeeding, so i thought it would be best to share. support the initiative and allimbecile

- Is it me or does that old dude look like a robot? I don't trust him.dbloc

I wish I could trust kickstarter/indiegogo
- I backed Evolve eBoard on Kickstarter and all went good. Indiegogo is different story though - last two things have just disappeared! Lost about £400 bastards!microkorg
- Stick to the established brands, lot of these newbies on the scene are rebranded cheap chinese brands.microkorg
- OOPs just realised my mistake above. It was MELLOW BOARD I backed. Thoroughly recommend it btw. German engineering!microkorg

- Whoever downvotes this is a gay retardbabydick
- Whoever uses the term "gay retard" as an insult will get my down vote all day long and I didn't even watch it.fooler
- Ok, so you clearly haven't seen Kickstarter Crap, you gay retard.babydick
- damn i already downvoted this before.sarahfailin

Anyone who's spent any appreciable time in Munich during the summer will understand why this is awesome.
- you had me at dedicated flip-flop holderArchitectofFate
- Kaiser Barbarossa!?robotron3k
- I'll admit, 'Emperor Redbeard' wouldn't be my first choice for naming a fine vessel.Continuity

- this takes away creative decisions. Don't like it! Then again I stopped photography when 120film became impossible to develop!mugwart
- That is sweet. Useless to me. But very cool.Hayzilla
- so lame... afterwards processing is a pain in the ass. do it on set and you're done. you need to make decissions, otherwise you have the wrong profession...SimonFFM
- Is this just a red, a blue and a green piece of glass that goes in front of your lights? Sort of seems like that's the trick. Composite the channels in post.monNom

I wonder how well this actually works.
“I’m Back” Lets Your Old Analog Camera Shoot Digital Photos & Video- digital backs have been around for ages, haven't they?Gnash
- "I'm Back.... and Twice the Size!"microkorg
- I'd like this more if it simply took clean photos in RAW format, without imposing film emulation on them.Continuity

Long Beach racing chronograph with the mechanical Seagull ST-19 movement.

re: Cubiio
I had a gander into it abit more and my thoughts are mirrored by the ever-wonderful AvE...
- imbecile0
- haha, Amusingly I've spent this week costing up a much, much bigger version of that sort of laser widget.detritus
- I think I could make an equivalent device to that thing for about £50... although it wouldn't have any of the all-important software.detritus
- Fucking Galvos, man - how do they work?detritus
- can you use it to fucking blind a motherfucker?sarahfailin
- Yup, although more than likely just accidental permanent photoreceptor damage. Yaaay?detritus
- Having actually watched the video through to the end, I don't think this is worth three hundred bucks. Better off with some shitty Chinese Arduino kit for $150.detritus
- Still quite a neat toy though.detritus
- How would this work on human skin? Asking for a friend.face_melter
- It would hurt a bit. Burny lasers aren't great where water's concerned, so it'll scorch teh epidermal layers, then just hurt. You'd have to keep in place longerdetritus
- ...than you'd be willing to to do any real damage. Even on the sort of laser cutter I have here, it's hard to do much with anything wet.detritus
- it can really fuck eyes though.detritus
- Ah. Ok. Thanks.face_melter

Pretty cool - I have a couple t-shirts from ugmonk. They were 100% funded in 47 minutes and hit $100k in 24 hours.
- As I was watching the video, I was looking around my desk at all the clutter...well done.cbass99
- Might have to order one. Sounds like there will be add-ons in the future.mg33
- Hmmm. It doesn't charge my phone so that is staying in it's dock and the rest looks like a lot of real-estate for pens and paper clips. Would not bang.HAYZ1LLLA
- IKEA do some nice desk tidy shizzle.microkorg
- step 1: have less stuff.sarahfailin

Putting this up for a colleague at work. Looks amazing, love the fact they are tying to get it all done in camera.
